Thai-mmmm for Pizza!!!
A couple of years ago D and I went to Montreal for a couple of days via Ottawa and ended up having dinner in this great little micro-brewery pub. Usually when we go to Montreal it’s a bit of a foodie expedition because let’s be honest, Montreal has some AMAZING restaurants with the coolest vibes. Like all of our trips, a lot of research and preparation goes into our eating and reservations. Some of restaurants take months to get into so we plan in advance when we can.
Peanut Butter, Bacon and Banana…..WHAAAAAAT!!??!!
This may seem like an unusual combination but I assure you it ROCKS!!!
These are Brie-lliant!!!!
Dessert really should be fun and these little morsels are fun to look at and taste dee-lish!
Can’t keep a Good “Grain” Down!! Or is that suppose to be a good man??
It’s that time of year again….VACATION TIME!! The pressure’s on, I have 4 weeks until I have to put on that dreaded bathing suit. I’ve spent the last 4 months like so many others in big sweaters, leggings and Uggs. The season of not really noticing those extra few pounds or justifying them by saying we need to a few extra to keep us warm, is coming to a screeching halt very quickly! Picture Road Runner as he falls off the cliff and hits the ground!!
The Sin is in the bun!!! Cinna-yummmm!!!
Is there really anything negative about a cinnamon bun?? Ok maybe the calories…but we have to splurge sometimes!
Happy Valentine’s Day!! Chocolate coma here I come….
Ahhh that fateful day when the outcome rarely meets the expectation. Ok girls…you all know what I mean right?!?
Sushi up to me with your Nacho!
Why shouldn’t Asia have their own fancy nacho dish!! It’s fun to take traditional dishes from a country and reinvent them into North American snack food. Like buffalo sauce and wings from my previous superbowl posts, nachos definitely hit the spot on game day!
Buffalo Chicken Not So Wingy!
First thing I have to mention is that I have a huge addiction to buffalo wing sauce, so much so that I keep a bottle in the center console of my car. Whenever I have to eat out on the road I like to have it to add to soups or wraps etc lol. I know I’m just a little bit crazy…my family would definitely agree!!
Messy Face, sticky Fingers and a satisfied soul!!!
Well it’s that time again…Superbowl is around the corner and it’s always a great excuse to be just a little more indulgent than usual with our food. There are few other food items that seem to satisfy all aspects of my taste bud cravings. Crispy, salty, messy, sometimes sweet and always feels just a little bit naughty!
