I can remember my first taste of tabbouleh in high school. In the late 80’s (yup I know I’m old!) there was this big craze that started for falafels. Which really has stuck around (thank goodness)! My girlfriends and I used to go a couple of times a week for lunch or dinner and have them with all the fixings, which of course included tabbouleh!

Well for Mother’s Day my husband agreed to redo our kitchen!! Yiiippee!! There really wasn’t anything wrong with it, except it’s dark and I’ve really been wanting a white one! So voila…white it will be! This unfortunately meant spending this entire weekend cleaning it out getting it ready for the big change. Holy moly was that exhausting…but I’m crazy excited!!

I have to say this has been a nutty week! I love my life (most of the time lol) and am infinitely grateful for all the opportunities I’ve had of late but sometimes I want to bury myself deeper into the mattress when the sun comes up. You all know what I mean right….the alarm goes and you feel yourself almost physically digging deeper into the mattress hoping maybe it didn’t happen or no one will notice your absence during the morning routine. It seems like the mantra in my head lately is “so much to do, so little time”! That said..LOBSTER Ravioli got me up today!
